    FT Direct Hire position

    $110K-$130K

    Our fabrication client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee production operations at its Waynesboro, PA facility.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and supervise a team of 20+ across multiple departments.

    + Drive continuous improvement using lean manufacturing principles.

    + Ensure quality standards, safety protocols, and production efficiency.

    + Manage KPIs, resource allocation, and strategic planning.

    + Support engineering changes, trials, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.

    + Proven experience in manufacturing/assembly, especially metal fabrication.

    + Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project/inventory management software.
