    **Job Title:** Technical Accounting Manager

    A leading global organization is seeking a **Technical Accounting Manager** to join its dynamic finance team.     This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and SEC regulations, while supporting strategic initiatives and maintaining SOX compliance.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Provide technical accounting support for complex transactions and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.

    + Lead documentation and reporting of expected credit losses under ASC 326 and IFRS 9.

    + Research and interpret new accounting standards and regulatory changes.

    + Review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q).

    + Maintain SOX compliance for the Financial Services segment.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to update and implement accounting policies.

    + Support financial audits and respond to technical accounting inquiries.

    + Review contracts and business arrangements for proper accounting treatment.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required).

    + CPA certification (required).

    + 6+ years of experience in technical accounting, ideally with Big 4 public accounting experience and exposure to large, international financial services or manufacturing clients.

    + Strong understanding of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC compliance, and financial systems.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Proven ability to write technical accounting memos and collaborate across departments.
