About You:
As the Chemical Operations Supervisor you are part of Best People. You will lead, coach, and develop a skilled maintenance and chemical process team utilizing our Best Systems to drive safe and efficient operations and maintenance activities. You are a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively across teams, and inspires others to achieve their best. Necessary Skills:
+ Supervise, coach, and support Maintenance Technicians / Chemical Operators during assigned shift.
+ Monitor operations to ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and environmental regulations.
+ Assign daily work orders, manage priorities, and verify task completion.
+ Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting equipment issues, process deviations, or safety concerns.
+ Reinforce safe work practices, including proper use of PPE and hazard communication protocols.
+ Maintain accurate shift documentation, logs, and reporting while ensuring clear communication between shifts.
+ Partner with leadership and planners to coordinate preventative maintenance and production schedules.
+ Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work culture.
Necessary Experience:
+ Prior leadership or supervisory experience in an industrial, chemical, or manufacturing environment required.
+ Solid knowledge of chemical process operations, maintenance practices, and safety protocols.
+ 49 CFR training preferred.
+ Proficiency in reading gauges, meters, and process control systems.
+ Strong decision-making skills with the ability to respond quickly to changing conditions.
+ Comfortable working in hot, noisy, or confined spaces, and standing or walking for long periods.
+ Comfortable wearing chemical resistant suits and air supplied hoods for long periods.
+ Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
+ Willingness to work Pitman 2-3-2 schedule, weekends, and respond to emergencies as needed.
+ Ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
+ After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs.
+ Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
+ Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine.
+ Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
Post-Employment Drug Testing:
+ All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
+ Note: This form is not used to obtain consent and is for informational purposes only. Drug testing consent will be obtained per FCRA requirements in a separate process.
