    Office Assistant Job Description

    Responsibilities for an Office Assistant include but are not limited to:

    + Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate party.

    + **Dispatching drivers** efficiently and managing their route information.

    + Processing payments accurately and handling **data entry** tasks.

    + Providing general **administrative support** to the team.

    Candidates for Office Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    + Demonstrated **attention to detail** and strong organizational abilities.

    + Excellent **verbal and written communication skills** .

    + Proficient **computer skills** and ability to learn new systems quickly.

    + Previous **administrative or customer service experience** is strongly preferred.

    **Pay Details:** $18.00 per hour
