R&D Technician
We are seeking a motivated R&D Technician to support our Research & Development team in testing and evaluating new products. This role is critical to ensuring that product innovations meet quality and performance standards through rigorous laboratory testing. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to contribute to product development in a hands-on lab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Execute product testing based on defined R&D test methods.
+ Ensure compliance with GLP, GDP, and GMP standards following training.
+ Collaborate with lab engineers, fellow technicians, and the lab coordinator to support R&D initiatives.
+ Participate actively in team-based testing and development activities.
+ Assist in maintaining lab documentation and data integrity.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned to support R&D operations.
Required Skills:
+ Quality control
+ Laboratory procedures
+ Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS)
Preferred Qualifications:
+ 0–3 years of experience in laboratory testing or inspection, ideally within an R&D or manufacturing setting.
+ High School Diploma required; college coursework in science, engineering, or related fields preferred.
+ Familiarity with lab instruments such as calipers, micrometers, vision systems, and tensile testers.
+ Experience with LIMS data entry is a plus.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently after training and follow detailed procedures.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
