Description
We are seeking a skilled and business-oriented App Programmer to lead the development and optimization of data acquisition processes, data flows, and robust data pipelines across diverse systems. This role is central to enabling enterprise-wide analytics and informed decision-making by designing, coding, and maintaining solutions that integrate seamlessly with platforms such as Power Platform, Snowflake, and Salesforce CRM. The App Programmer will collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality applications and data models that drive business value and support strategic initiatives.
Typical task breakdown:
Data Engineering & Modelling
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and Snowflake to support robust data integration and analytics.
- Acquire, cleanse, and model data from multiple sources to enable comprehensive business reporting and insights.
- Manage scheduled data uploads and implement rigorous data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Establish and enforce data governance protocols, including validation, lineage tracking, and consistency across automated workflows.
Business Analytics & Support
- Collaborate with analysts and business units to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver actionable insights through timely and accurate data provisioning.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, business-focused information to support decision-making.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for data-driven business solutions.
CRM & Platform Integration
- Integrate and automate data flows within Salesforce CRM, enhancing usability for marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Develop and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Incorporate machine learning models into business systems and CRM processes to drive advanced analytics and automation.
Collaboration & Automation
- Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to align data and application initiatives with strategic business objectives.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Python, Power Automate, Azure Data Factory, and other low-code platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Requirements:
- Years of experience: 3-5 yeaers experience in data science, analytics, or automation roles.
- Degree requirement: Preferred degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering or any of the related field. Open to 2 year degree with 5+ years of experience
- Do you accept internships as job experience: Full-time experience preferred
- Are there past or additional job titles or roles that would provide comparable background to this role: Relevant experience in roles such as Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Application Developer, Analytics Engineer, or Automation Specialist would provide a strong background for this position.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
