    Job Title: ICT Designer (Remote-Friendly)

    We’re on the lookout for a talented and motivated ICT Designer to join our growing team! This remote-friendly role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data center infrastructure projects across the U.S.

    What You’ll Do

     

    + Design and implement ICT infrastructure for data center projects, including:

    + Outside/Inside Fiber Plant

    + Structured Cabling Systems

    + Cable Pathways and Conveyance

    + Grounding Systems

    + Wi-Fi and related data systems

    + Lead and manage projects for Hyper-Scaler Single Tenant, Co-Location, and Enterprise Data Centers (1MW to 108MW+).

    + Develop detailed construction documents (drawings and specifications).

    + Conduct design reviews using tools like Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Building Connected, and Bluebeam.

    + Perform site inspections and generate field reports (travel within the continental U.S. approx. 1–2 times/month ; expenses covered).

    + Ensure quality control across installation, construction, documentation, and testing phases.

    + Support business development and client engagement initiatives.

     

    What You Bring

     

    + Proficiency in designing technology systems using Revit and BIM software

    + Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, physical security systems, and AV engineering

    + Experience in field inspections, quality control, and construction documentation

    + 5+ years of experience in ICT design or related roles

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills

     

    Bonus Points For

     

    + Experience working on data center projects

    + Industry certifications such as RCDD, OSP, PMP, PSP, RTPM, or CTS

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $67.31/hr.
