Medical Assistant – Multiple Locations Across Washington

What You’ll Do
As a Medical Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
+ Patient Scheduling & Follow-Up: Coordinate appointments and make follow-up calls to ensure continuity of care.
+ Chart Preparation & Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
+ Clinical Support: Room patients, take vital signs, and assist with setting up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
+ Office Duties: Stock supplies and support general clinic operations.
+ Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all procedures align with healthcare regulations and standards.
What You Bring
We’re looking for professionals who are passionate about patient care and thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting.
Required:
+ Washington State Certified MA (WA MA-C)
+ EPIC experience
+ BLS certification
+ 6+ months of hands-on medical assistant experience
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Locations & Shifts
We have multiple weekday shifts (5x8 or 4x10) between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Openings are available in:
+ Bothell
+ Edmonds
+ Everett
+ Olympia
+ Redmond
+ Seattle
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
