**Job Title:** Maintenance Technician
**Shifts:** 2nd and 3rd
**Training:** Day shift for 2–4 weeks
Job Overview
We're hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to work on CNC machines and automated equipment. You'll handle electrical repairs and diagnostics for mills, lathes, machining centers, robots, and other industrial tools. This includes working with systems like cranes, conveyors, furnaces, washers, and ABB robots. You'll use laptops to troubleshoot machines and log your work using a Maintenance Management System (MMS).
Key Responsibilities
+ Diagnose and repair CNC machines and automation tools
+ Perform electrical maintenance on various equipment
+ Troubleshoot AC/DC drives, sensors, wiring, encoders, and 480V systems
+ Use laptops to connect to machines and identify issues
+ Log maintenance tasks using a company-provided computer or tablet
+ Prioritize repairs based on equipment importance
Required Skills
+ Strong experience with CNC machine troubleshooting and repair
+ Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics
+ Skilled in PLCs, relay logic, and ladder logic
+ Experience with HMI troubleshooting and PLC editing
+ Familiarity with control systems like Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell, and Fanuc
+ Knowledge of AC/DC power and Glass Scale Linear Encoders

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $45.00/hr.
