    Job Description

    The Facility Coordinator will oversee warehouse operations in Clifton, NJ, focusing on safety training, inventory management, equipment maintenance, vendor coordination, and administrative support. This is a full-time, onsite role.

    Responsibilities

    + Oversee daily warehouse operations with a focus on safety training and compliance.

    + Manage inventory and supply chain processes to ensure efficiency.

    + Coordinate equipment maintenance to ensure operational continuity.

    + Liaise with vendors to maintain strong working relationships.

    + Provide administrative support as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience in facility coordination.

    + Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety compliance.

    + Proficiency in inventory and supply chain management.

    + Experience in equipment maintenance coordination.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.

    + Bilingual in English and Spanish.

    + Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods.

    + Comfortable with flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

    + Ability to read, write, and speak English.

    + Familiarity with PIT driver records and audits.

    This role is based in an onsite warehouse setting in Clifton, NJ. The environment is fast-paced and physically active, with a collaborative atmosphere involving operations, supply chain, and vendor teams.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clifton, New Jersey.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
