Job Title:** **Production Associate – Night Shift (12-hour days)

**Location:** Nampa, Idaho

**Job Type:** Contract to Hire

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable **Production Associates** to join our growing team across multiple shifts, including 1st, A, C, D, and 2nd shifts. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude— **no prior experience required** , as full training will be provided.

We welcome candidates from various backgrounds, including **electronics manufacturing, retail, fast food, and general production** .

Key Responsibilities

+ Support production operations to meet customer deadlines.

+ Perform tasks such as testing, inspection, light assembly, machine operation, and packaging.

+ Follow detailed instructions for routine assignments.

+ Use basic computer programs including Excel and Outlook.

+ Lift and assemble parts while maintaining quality and meeting production metrics.

+ Operate within established policies and procedures.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Required Skills

+ Experience in assembly, soldering, or mechanical production (preferred).

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Proficiency with hand tools and basic computer skills.

+ Strong work ethic, flexibility, and a positive attitude.

+ Desire to grow and build a long-term career within the organization.

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma or GED (preferred).

+ 1+ year of related experience (preferred).

+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work plans.

+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.60/hr.
