    Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in the Receiving Department, where your individual contributions are recognized within a collaborative environment. This role involves managing inventory and ensuring efficient handling of materials.

    Responsibilities

    + Work in the receiving department to manage incoming goods and returns.

    + Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory control.

    + Handle materials and manage pallets within narrow aisles.

    + Utilize a 12ft staircase ladder for inventory tasks, ensuring safety without fear of heights.

    + Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds independently throughout the shift.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with warehouse operations and material handling.

    + Proficiency in using RF scanners.

    + Ability to walk briskly for 8-12 hours per day.

    + Capability to lift and move 50 pounds independently.

    + Comfortable working at heights using ladders.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in inventory control is preferred.

    + Familiarity with operating electric pallet jacks is an advantage.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a warehouse setting, specifically in the receiving department. Expect a bustling environment with pallets of products, narrow aisles, and a team-oriented atmosphere. Safety is a priority, with certified operators handling electric pallet jacks. Note the restriction on electronics within the warehouse. Proper footwear such as sneakers, boots, or steel-toe shoes is required for safety.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Flower Mound, Texas.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
