Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team on 2nd and 3rd shifts. This position involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all equipment throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all equipment throughout the facility.
+ Layout and fabricate steel and stainless steel welded fixtures for various production jobs and equipment mounts.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning and availability of equipment.
+ Perform equipment calibrations to specifications.
Essential Skills
+ Mechanical systems proficiency
+ Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise
+ Troubleshooting skills
+ Preventive maintenance experience
+ Electrical knowledge
+ Blueprint reading
+ HVAC systems understanding
+ PLC troubleshooting and control
+ Welding skills
+ Electrical troubleshooting
+ Familiarity with 3 phase motors
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience with motors, pumps, and gears
+ Proficiency in the person-bradley systems

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
