Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Worker to join our growing team. You will be responsible for efficiently operating forklifts and handling materials to support our operations. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

+ Operate a sit down and stand up forklift, including order picker and side loader.

+ Pull orders and ensure they are stocked effectively.

+ Put materials away in appropriate areas upon receipt.

+ Assemble boxes for outbound shipments.

+ Operate shrink wrap machines.

+ Use scan gun to track cycle counts.

+ Receive and repackage materials for shipping.

+ Clean shrink wrap and cardboard; mop as needed.

+ Perform janitorial duties.

Essential Skills

+ 1+ years of warehouse experience.

+ Strong motivation and initiative.

+ Ability to operate a forklift.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

+ Ability to use RF scanner.

Work Environment

You will work in a very clean warehouse environment that supplies components for injection molding manufacturers. The facility has recently undergone an expansion, doubling in size, and operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The warehouse is equipped with the latest technology and provides a supportive work atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Bend, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
