    Description

    Robert Half is partnering with a Florida based firm, looking for a Probate Paralegal. This is an on-site position located in Vero Beach, FL.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Work directly with clients to support their legal needs

    + Assist attorneys with probate and estate planning cases

    + Oversee estate administration, including asset distribution and probate court filings

    + Draft estate planning documents with accuracy and attention to detail

    + Manage trust distributions and related filings

    + Provide support to the corporate law team on transactions, contracts, and business formation as needed

    Requirements

    Qualifications

    + Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in probate or estate planning

    + Paralegal certification preferred

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Excellent organizational and time management abilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    + Experience in corporate law is a plus
