Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

+ Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable

+ Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

+ Reconcile bank and credit card statements

+ Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities

+ Prepare and maintain general ledger entries

+ Generate financial reports and support management with data analysis as needed

+ Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

+ Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience

+ Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

+ Excellent organizational and time management skills

+ High attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
