    We are looking for an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and oversee the financial health of our organization. If you're a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and accounting, we want to hear from you!

    Position Overview:

    The Full Charge Bookkeeper is a key member of our finance team, responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial records. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys handling a wide array of accounting responsibilities, from A/P and A/R to financial reporting and payroll.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Accounting Operations: Manage all aspects of the general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions.

    + Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.

    + Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, for management review.

    + Payroll Processing: Oversee and process payroll, ensuring accurate employee payments and deductions, and compliance with legal requirements.

    + Tax Compliance: Prepare and file sales tax and other tax-related documents as required by local/state regulations.

    + Cost Accounting: Support accurate tracking of costs and inventory management to align with manufacturing industry practices.

    + Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing detailed reports and financial data when required.

    + Budget Assistance: Monitor company budgets and assist in analyzing variances between actual and forecasted results.

    + Team Collaboration: Collaborate with department managers to ensure financial accuracy and provide insights on financial status.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    + Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred (equivalent experience in bookkeeping will be considered).

    + Experience: At least 3-5 years of professional bookkeeping experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

    + Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Sage). Advanced Excel skills are a plus (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

    + Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing accounting, including cost accounting and inventory management, is a strong advantage.

    + Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and organization when managing multiple tasks and responsibilities.

    + Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with internal teams and external vendors.

    + Compliance Knowledge: Knowledge of GAAP and tax requirements applicable to the manufacturing industry.

    + Problem Solving: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies efficiently and effectively.
