• P21 Full Stack Developer

    Description

    We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ERP Developer to join our IT team and support the development within Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) ERP system. This techno-functional role involves front-line ticket triage, user support, system optimization, and collaboration with developers to enhance business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience with P21 (preferably WebUI), strong technical aptitude, and a passion for improving ERP functionality across departments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage user security setup and maintenance within the P21 application and related products.

    + Triage incoming tickets using Freshservice, collaborating with developers to resolve issues efficiently.

    + Observe and analyze end-user workflows to document and gather requirements for system improvements.

    + Develop customizations and solutions based on user requests within the P21 environment.

    + Evaluate, recommend, and implement IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.

    + Support and optimize existing applications and infrastructure, including coordinating P21 upgrades.

    + Provide technical support to Warehouse personnel, particularly around Wireless Warehouse operations.

    + Create and maintain internal documentation for the IT Department’s Knowledge Base.

    + Apply functional knowledge across Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning, and Warehousing modules.

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Epicor Prophet 21, preferably on the WebUI platform.

    + Strong technical skills in:

    + Microsoft SQL Server

    + .NET / C#

    + Dynachange Rules

    + Familiarity with Zebra handhelds and P21 Wireless Warehouse Management System (WMS).

    Preferred Skills (Bonus):

    + Experience with:

    + Crystal Reports

    + Power BI

    + EDI

    + P21 Portals

    + Business Rule development

    + User Defined Field creation and maintenance
