I2X Technologies is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer in Highlands Ranch, CO .This position will be on-site.

Responsibilities:

+ Develop software engineering solutions on the Electrical Ground Support Equipment Software team for a spacecraft

+ Apply logical thinking and creative problem solving to develop, enhance, and/or troubleshoot software that performs telemetry processing

+ Develop software in C++ in a Linux environment

+ Investigate and resolve anomolies

Qualifications

Qualifications:

+ Bachelors degree in a related field and 5+ years of professional experience OR Masters degree in a related field and 3+ years of professional experience

+ Strong experience with C++ and Linux

+ Knowledge of satellite operations and telemetry systems and processing

+ Knowledge of Voice and Network communication

+ Expertise with anomaly investigation and resolution

+ Willingness for off-hours support to ensure lab productivity

+ Ability to assist users and lab managers with data analysis

+ Ability to contribute within a team-oriented environment to achieve long-range goals and objectives

+ Solid written or verbal communication skills

+ Knowledgeable in Java, Python, and bash/csh

+ Knowledgeable in Big Data

+ Knowledgeable in OSComet

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds. This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
