Description

• Contract Lifecycle Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.

• Government Compliance: Ensure adherence to FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and other applicable regulations.

• Proposal Support: Collaborate with business development and proposal teams to review RFPs/RFQs and support bid strategies.

• Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate contractual risks, including flow-down requirements and indemnification clauses.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and program management teams.

• Audit & Reporting: Maintain accurate contract records and support internal/external audits.

• Process Improvement: Develop and refine contract templates, workflows, and training materials.

• Customer Interface: Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related communications with government agencies and prime contractors.

5 + years of contracts management

Aerospace & Defense - Experience with DoD, NASA, or other federal agencies preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $65.00/hr.
