A day in the Life:
+ Support the Plant Engineering team with the support of experienced crafts.
+ Support daily operations of the wastewater treatment plant.
+ Conduct proactive maintenance, audits, and inspections.
+ Engage in lean activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Effective communication skills
Education
+ High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
Experience
+ Minimum one year in manufacturing, construction, or military work.
+ Experience in a manufacturing plant environment preferred.
+ Participation in cross-functional task teams and special assignments.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
+ Ability to read instructions, simple drawings, or sketches.
+ Basic math skills and problem-solving abilities.
+ PIV or equivalent experience and High Lift certification (training provided).
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, performing activities such as walking, bending, crawling, and climbing. The work environment includes a combination of office and plant settings, with exposure to various temperatures and handling of hazardous materials.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $17.85–$26.77.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
