About the role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Service Manager** with hands-on experience in INNOVEO Skye or similar low-code platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of applications built on the INNOVEO platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a collaborative approach to managing application support and stakeholder engagement.
In this role, you will:
• Provide technical support for applications built on the INNOVEO Skye platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, data integrity, and integration errors.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to analyze root causes and implement fixes.
• Monitor application health and performance using dashboards and alerts.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation of support activities, issue resolutions, and system updates.
• Assist in user training and provide guidance on platform usage.
• Apply Life insurance domain expertise to enhance support and solution delivery.
Work model:

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Saint Louis, MO. **Note** : Some of our roles may require in-person interviews at Cognizant offices or client locations, depending on project or client needs.
What you need to have to be considered:
1) 3 to 5 years of experience in INNOVEO Skye (Low Code) experience
2) Provide technical support for applications built on the INNOVEO platform.

9) Should have Life domain expertise.
Certifications Required
INNOVEO Skye or Any low code platform Certification
Qualifications:
More than 5 years of experience in application support or development. Hands-on experience with Innoveo Skye (low code) platforms. Familiarity with Java PL/SQL Spring Boot and web services (REST/SOAP). Understanding of Life insurance domain workflows is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until October 26 th , 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
