Senior .NET Core Developer with AWS (Hybrid)

Experienced .Net Lead with a strong background in SQL, .Net Core, and AWS. The ideal candidate will have 12 to 14 years of experience and a good understanding of Asset & Wealth Management. **In this role, you will** :

+ Design and implement robust architectural solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.

+ Develop and maintain scalable and efficient software systems using SQL, .Net Core, and AWS.

+ Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

+ Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

+ Ensure that all architectural designs adhere to industry best practices and company standards.

+ Lead the development of technical documentation to support system architecture and design decisions.

+ Oversee the deployment and maintenance of cloud-based solutions on AWS to enhance system performance.

+ Evaluate new technologies and tools to determine their potential impact on current and future projects.

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects and initiatives.

+ Drive the adoption of agile methodologies to improve project delivery and team collaboration.

+ Monitor system performance and implement necessary changes to ensure optimal functionality.

+ Contribute to the strategic planning of IT infrastructure to support business growth and innovation.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until **10/21/2025.**

The annual salary for this position is between **$68K – $135K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.**

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
