    As a **Workflow Specialist (FAA) - (Clean Line Technician - Level 5) - Swing** here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clean line processes and optimizing workflow efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining high standards of quality and productivity within our manufacturing environment.

     

    You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Swing Shift work schedule.

     

    In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our clean line operations, contributing to the successful delivery of our products to customers. Your ability to streamline processes and troubleshoot issues will enhance our manufacturing capabilities and support our commitment to excellence.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Monitor and optimize clean line processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify workflow improvements and implement solutions.

    + Conduct regular inspections and audits of clean line operations to maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    + 6+ years of experience in manufacturing or a related role.

    + Strong knowledge of clean line operations and workflow optimization techniques.

    + Proficiency in using manufacturing software and tools to monitor and enhance production processes.

    + Experience with quality control methodologies and safety regulations specific to manufacturing environments.

    WE VALUE

    + Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

    + Experience in a clean line or similar manufacturing setting.

    + Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
