    Position: NursePractitioner (NP)

     

    Employment Type:Locums-to-Perm

     

    Start Date: November 1, 2025

     

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

     

    Travel: Mileage reimbursed at $0.70/mile; hotel/rental careligible for 2+ hour travel per company policy

     

    Patient Volume: 3–7 patients per day

     

    EMR System: Athena

    ROLE OVERVIEW

    seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide in-home primary care togeriatric patients with polychronic conditions. The role is based in Tacoma,WA, with 80% of patients located within the city and occasional travel across the state.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • BoardCertified (BC)

    • BasicLife Support (BLS)

    • DEALicense

    • WAState NP License

    • Minimum2 years of direct patient care

    • Experiencein in-home care and travel

    • Experiencewith geriatric population and polychronic conditions

    • Nephrologyexperience is a plus
