Key Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end project management for personalization initiatives across Sephora’s retail channels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, marketing, and product to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.

Leverage data insights to inform personalization strategies and measure impact.

Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to leadership.
