Job Description
The Technical Workforce Software Configuration & Implementation Lead is responsible for leading the technical configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of the Workforce Software (WFS) Time and Attendance and Scheduling solutions. This role will play a key part in the design and implementation of the new WFS platform, including system configuration, integrations, data validation, and time clock setup.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical and functional experience with Workforce Software, understands complex workforce rules, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Payroll, Operations, and external implementation partners—to deliver a scalable and compliant workforce management solution.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workforce Software (WFS) solutions.
Deep hands-on experience configuring Time and Attendance and Scheduling modules.
Strong technical understanding of WFS integrations, APIs, data interfaces, and file exchange processes.
Experience with Workforce Software time clocks, configuration, and deployment.
Ability to read and troubleshoot system logs, configuration files, and data payloads.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
