    Insight Global's client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead its infrastructure team. This role is ideal for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and team leadership. The position offers the opportunity to shape infrastructure strategy, drive innovation, and support mission-critical systems in a dynamic aviation environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of IT infrastructure projects

    • Provide technical guidance to cross-functional IT teams

    • Develop and enforce infrastructure policies, procedures, and security standards

    • Maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans

    • Oversee infrastructure support for servers, networks, storage, and applications

    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts

    Skills and Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience designing and managing enterprise infrastructure

    • 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 5 or more

    • Expert-level knowledge of server, storage, networking, wireless, and cloud infrastructure

    • Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform

    • Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring and security tools

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results

    • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field • Industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, CompTIA)

    • Experience in aviation, manufacturing, or other regulated industries

    • Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
