    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Tooling Technician in Dodge Center, MN. This is a direct hire opportunity on 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM, with occasional Saturday hours). The Tooling Technician will be responsible for building and repairing jigs, fixtures, and tools using 2D drawings to support Change Notices and New Product Development (NPD) launches. The role involves troubleshooting hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems, operating CNC equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Technicians will also assist in training new employees and collaborate closely with engineers.

    Skills and Requirements

    Certified Sr. Welder

     

    Forklift Certified

     

    Minimum 5 years of welding experience

     

    Experience operating CNC machines
