    YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital Procure Manager are to:

    The job holder is responsible for supporting the global Indirects Procurement performance by assisting in sourcing events and collaborating with the global Indirects Procurement organization and its stakeholders.

    + Assist in planning and managing sourcing events to create competitive advantages, such as spend reduction and supply security;

    + Prepare for supplier negotiations and support post-negotiation debriefs;

    + Support the implementation of global category strategies and initiatives for services, ensuring alignment with guidelines;

    + Engage with suppliers to identify innovative solutions and support continuous improvement initiatives;

    + Conduct supplier and supply market analyses to identify trends and insights;

    + Promote sustainable business practices within supplier relationships and ensure compliance through reporting and audits.

    Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

    Required Qualifications:

    + Experience in procurement processes and methodologies (e.g., strategic sourcing and supplier management);

    + You demonstrate constructive behaviors and recognize the importance of personal and colleague development for future success;

    + You can adapt to different categories and projects based on business demands, showcasing a growth mindset;

    + Your strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills enable you to work effectively in a global and virtual environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as business administration, supply chain, engineering, finance, or science;

     

    Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $79,952 to $119,928. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc.. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
