    + Cleans and maintains assigned rooms throughout the building.

    + Assists in preparing the facility for evening and weekend activities.

    + Secures the building and performs lock-up duties.

    + Utilizes computers to enter work orders, manage email, and submit timesheets and absences.

    + Communicates with staff and community members using a two-way radio and cell phone.

    Qualifications:

    + Frequent lifting, bending, carrying and moving items up to 50 lbs. such as furniture, trash, and bags of ice melt, snow removal.

    + Effectively communicates both written and verbal

     

    Compensation: $16.50 per hourBenefits:
