CJ Physical Therapy & Pilates is a fast-growing, 100% cash-based practice in downtown Portsmouth, NH. We help adults 40+ stay mobile, active, and pain-free - without relying on medications, procedures, or surgeries. We specialize in Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy (MDT), Pilates-based rehab, and cutting-edge regenerative therapies like Shockwave and EMTT.

What You'll Be Doing:

+ Performing actual diagnosis and treatment - all 1-on-1. We use the MDT framework for a full-proof PT diagnosis - no more just "following doctor's orders" (tons of training provided + generous con-ed allowance toward courses if needed)

+ Integrating unique and complementary tools like Pilates and regenerative therapy for an added edge to your treatment and better outcomes for patients

+ Collaborating with teammates to support whole-body wellness and longevity for our clients - their journey with us doesn't end just because the pain is gone

+ Participating in occasional off-site team events and workshops that are fun and collaborative!

What We're Looking For:

+ NH Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist

+ Strong interest in the McKenzie Method (MDT) and client education/empowerment

+ Pilates or dry needling experience a plus (but not required)

+ Excellent communicator and the ability to build trust quickly

+ Accountable, coachable, and passionate about the profession

Compensation & Perks:

+ Salary range: $70-90K depending on experience, certifications, previous con-ed

+ $250/month toward company-sponsored health insurance

+ 50% dental premium paid by employer

+ 401(k) with up to 4% company match
