    What You'll Be Doing

    + Lead and support Source-to-Pay (S2P) improvement initiatives using structured project management practices

    + Analyze procurement and accounts payable processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend enhancements

    + Collaborate across global and local teams to streamline workflows and standardize operations

    + Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define requirements and deliver actionable solutions

    + Drive automation and digital transformation efforts, including robotic process automation (RPA)

    What Are We Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering.

    + Minimum 2 years of experience in process optimization, business analysis or operations.

    + Strong understanding of end-to-end S2P processes and related systems. (SAP MM, Ariba, Basware preferred)

    + Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable solutions

    + Skilled in project management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.

    + Proficient in S2P reporting and analytics tools with a focus on continuous improvement.
