Job Title:** **General Laborer

**Location:** Acampo, CA - 95220

**Shift:** Monday–Friday (7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.)

**Pay Rate:** $19/hr

About the Role

We’re hiring a **General Laborer** to assist in day-to-day production operations, primarily within the **Production Control Room** . This role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dusty manufacturing environment. If you’re comfortable using basic technology, following instructions, and performing hands-on tasks, this could be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

+ Perform repetitive production and general labor tasks safely and accurately

+ Operate computer systems to track and support production processes

+ Follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors and team leads

+ Maintain a clean and organized work area

+ Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and protocols

+ Perform basic math and counting functions as needed

+ Work on your feet for extended periods in a physically active role

+ Assist with warehouse and production support duties

+ Forklift operation is a plus (training provided if needed)

Qualifications & Skills

+ **Education:** High school diploma or GED preferred

+ **Experience:**

+ Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or warehouse settings preferred

+ Comfortable using computers in a work environment

+ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn on the job

+ Basic math and communication skills

+ Able to follow both oral and written directions

+ Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

+ Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to complete training)
