Description:
As a Housekeeping Associate at Trinity Health PACE, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for participants, staff, and visitors. You will demonstrate the Mission, Vision, Values, and Guiding Behaviors of Trinity Health and TH PACE in all aspects of your work.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Foster a warm, calm, and respectful atmosphere.
+ Collaborate across departments to support a team-oriented culture.
+ Follow established policies, procedures, and work schedules.
+ Clean assigned areas and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment.
+ Safely handle biohazard materials using Universal Precautions.
+ Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
+ Participate in required training and maintain confidentiality.
+ Perform temporary assignments across departments as needed.
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum one year of experience working with the elderly or frail population.
+ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
+ Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 20 lbs.
+ Frequent kneeling, bending, reaching, and walking.
+ Must be able to sit for extended periods and perform tasks requiring dexterity and coordination.
