What You’ll Do
+ Provide skilled, compassionate hospice care to patients and families during after-hours and on-call shifts.
+ Assess and respond to changes in patient condition, ensuring comfort and dignity.
+ Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, physicians, and family members.
+ Educate and support patients, caregivers, and facility staff on the hospice philosophy and care plan.
+ Offer emotional and spiritual support at all stages, including end-of-life care and bereavement.
What You’ll Bring
+ Graduate of an accredited **Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN)**
+ **Current RN license** in good standing
+ **1+ year** of clinical nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
+ Compassionate heart, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
+ Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
+ Ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs. and travel up to 50%
