• Onsite Client Coordinator

    Do you want a rewarding job that will change people’s lives? Manpower is looking for a service oriented and energetic Client Coordinator to support a large industrial client in Blaine, MN.

     

    **Job Title:** Client Coordinator

    **Hours:** Mon-Fri | 12pm-9pm

    **Pay Range:** $20–$23hr

    **Location:** Blaine, MN 55449

    Responsibilities include:

    + Greeting new associates on orientation day, taking photos, and sending to security for badges

    + Completing I9 documentation for new hires and any additional client required forms

    + Conducting Daily Start-up Meetings

    + Completing attendance within 2 hours after start of the shift

    + Investigating payroll errors or issues

    + Validating employee PPE daily and completing daily safety walks

    + Managing daily shift associate communications

    + Performance Management of all associates as required

    Qualifications:

    + Experience: 1+ years in administrative, customer service, and/or other fast-paced environment

    + Education: High school diploma or equivalent

    + Technical: Microsoft Office Literacy, Associate Tracking System experience
