Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the customer support department, assisting clients and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Bilingual Customer Service Representative
**Location:** Tampa, FL
Pay Range: $17/hour
Shift: Mond-Frid 8am-5pm
What's the Job?
+ Assist customers via phone and email, providing timely and accurate information
+ Handle inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
+ Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes
+ Support the team with additional tasks as needed to meet organizational goals
What's Needed?
+ Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
+ No prior experience required; open to candidates with a willingness to learn
+ Successful completion of a criminal background check (State/Province and Nationwide Search)
+ Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
