Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and freight management industry, is seeking a Customer Service Rep. to join their team. As a Customer Service Rep., you will be part of the CEVA department supporting the freight and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Rep.
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Pay Range:** $17.00 per hour
**Shift:** First Shift 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
What's the Job?
+ Assist customers with inquiries related to freight and logistics services
+ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
+ Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction
+ Support billing and documentation processes for billing purposes
What's Needed?
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
+ Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
+ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with logistics software is a plus
+ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
