    CNC Machinist - 3rd Shift

    Our client, a manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the Fabrication Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** CNC Machinist

    **Location:** Appleton, WI

    **Pay Range:** $26.49 + / depending on experience

    **Shift:** Sunday through Friday / 10:50 PM - 6:05 AM

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts and components.

    + Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and attachments for each job.

    + Read blueprints and setup sheets to ensure accurate manufacturing processes.

    + Perform basic machine maintenance, including lubrication and debris removal.

    + Inspect finished parts to meet quality standards and document production activities.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a solid understanding of operation, programming, and maintenance.

    + Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets accurately.

    + Proficiency in CAD software, G-code programming, and use of precision measuring tools.

    + High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred.

    + Own basic hand tools and rolling toolbox;
