Our client, a leader in structural steel manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing process, supporting the production of modular base frames and enclosure products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

+ Perform structural steel welding using MIG, TIG, and Arc welding techniques on various materials including steel and aluminum

+ Utilize oxygen acetylene torches and plasma arc equipment for cutting steel of different thicknesses

+ Work collaboratively with a team to complete structural parts and assemblies according to blueprints and specifications

+ Ensure all work complies with safety standards and quality systems such as ISO9001:2015

+ Verify work conformance to specifications and exhibit high-quality workmanship

What's Needed?

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding on steel and aluminum

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, sketches, and assembly instructions

+ Experience with oxy acetylene cutting equipment and metalworking tools such as press brakes, drill presses, and shears

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines and pass the client’s welding test

+ Valid Driver’s License and ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
