Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fiber Optic Cable Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities:

+ Assemble fiber optic cables according to detailed technical specifications and work instructions.

+ Prepare and handle delicate fiber optic components with precision to maintain product integrity.

+ Use hand tools, fiber splicing equipment, and other necessary tools to complete assemblies.

+ Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to ensure optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.

+ Document work activities accurately and maintain organized work areas.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, hazard-free work environment.

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Prior experience in cable assembly, electronics, or related fields preferred.

+ Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and work instructions.

+ Basic understanding of fiber optic technology is advantageous but not mandatory.

+ Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment.
