Our client, a leading facility supporting industrial and manufacturing operations, is seeking a Stationary Engineer to join their team. As a Stationary Engineer, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Stationary Engineer

**Location:** Orion Township, MI

What's the Job?

+ Operate and monitor hydronic boiler and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance

+ Perform diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds on pumps, motors, valves, and other mechanical equipment

+ Conduct vibration analysis and align rotating machinery for efficiency and longevity

+ Maintain and repair cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring environmental compliance

+ Perform welding, pipefitting, and fabrication tasks to support system maintenance and upgrades

What's Needed?

+ High school diploma or GED; technical or trade school certification preferred

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience operating hydronic boilers and chillers

+ Valid boiler operator license and EPA 608 Universal Certification

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in pump and motor repair/rebuild

+ Proficiency in welding, pipefitting, and mechanical alignment techniques
