Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in appliance production, is seeking a dedicated Assembly Workers to join their team. As an Assembly worker, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Assembly Worker

**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $15.00/hour

**Shift: 1st Shift** (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)

What's the Job?

+ Ensure timely delivery of components and finished units to meet production schedules.

+ Read and interpret work instructions, product drawings, and special handling sheets (SHS).

+ Use manual and power tools, as well as measuring devices, to assemble appliances and perform functional tests.

+ Inspect finished products for quality, identify defects, and manage non-conforming materials appropriately.

+ Support a safe and organized work environment through adherence to best practices in material handling.

What's Needed?

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required.

+ 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing or HVAC environment.

+ Previous team lead or leadership experience strongly preferred.

+ Strong understanding of assembly tools, processes, and work instructions.

+ Ability to read and interpret product drawings, standard work, and job travelers.
