Accounts Payable Clerk

Part Time - Temporary Position

Our client, a dynamic organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Clerk to join their team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be an integral part of the finance department supporting the accounts payable processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive attitude, attention to detail, and proficiency in data entry and Excel, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

**Job Title:** Accounts Payable Clerk

**Location:** Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00

Shift: 1st Shift / 15 - 20 Hours Per Week

What's the Job?

+ Assist with data entry and processing of invoices and payments

+ Follow established processes and procedures accurately

+ Support AP duties and potentially AR tasks based on experience and preference

+ Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions

+ Maintain attention to detail and ensure data accuracy in Excel and other systems

What's Needed?

+ Basic experience with data entry and Excel

+ Ability to follow directions and adhere to processes

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Willingness to jump in and be a team player

+ Interest in accounts payable work, with a flexible office environment mindset
