Our client, a leader in innovative robotics and automation solutions, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Electrical Technician, you will be an integral part of the engineering and manufacturing departments, supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of advanced robotic hardware. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative spirit, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

**Job Title:** Electrical Technician

**Location:** Austin, TX

Pay Range: $20.00- $25.00

Shift: 8:00am- 6:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday

What's the Job?

+ Perform functional and end-of-line testing for robotic systems and subsystems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

+ Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers, supporting root-cause analysis.

+ Assist in the assembly, integration, and maintenance of robotic platforms and test stations, collaborating with engineering teams to implement design improvements.

+ Build and assemble custom cable harnesses following schematics, wiring diagrams, and IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

+ Document test results, repairs, and build procedures accurately, supporting continuous process improvements and quality standards.

What's Needed?

+ At least 3 years of experience in electrical assembly, testing, or a related technical field.

+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

+ Hands-on experience with cable harness assembly, crimping, soldering, and connector terminations.

+ Familiarity with robotic systems or mechatronic assemblies is preferred.

+ IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification for cable harness assembly is a plus.
