    The PSP Analyst is a collaborative role, responsible for partnering with multiple internal teams across the organization. This person is a key stakeholder in supporting cross functional initiatives involving sales, category management, insights, and strategic planning. As a sales support role, responsible to sell more bars and make an identifiable difference in each touchpoint.

    Essential Duties:

    Data Pulls & Basic Reporting:

    + Populate templates for POS or performance scorecards under guidance.

    + Analyze data and provide insights

    Meeting Support:

    + Prepare recap slides or charts for weekly team huddles.

    + Take notes in cross-functional syncs and follow up on action items.

    Support Sales:

    + Help maintain Sales Launch Package Teams organization and material updates

    + Identify portfolio opportunities and help manage smaller retailer’s sales story

    Project Support:

    + Support innovation/PPA projects with sales lens

    + ADHOC projects from management team

    Misc Admin Support:

    + Help team with Vividly inputs

    + Support sales strategy team with misc projects and tasks

    + Populate templates for POS or performance scorecards under guidance.

    Weekly Dashboard Maintenance:

    + Vividly Uploads

    + Nielsen/syndicated uploads and analysis

    + Spins uploads and analysis

    + PowerBI dashboards maintenance

     

    Accepts responsibility for the organizational goals by taking ownership of new and different duties and identifying new opportunities within the sales strategy department.

    Skills / Qualification / Education:

    + 1-3 years of CPG experience

    + Ability to be entrepreneurial and methodical

    + Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team

    + Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback

    + Preferably has worked with large and small CPG food or beverage companies with experience in natural and premium products

    + Develop and manage scope, timeline, work plan and deliverables for projects; manage incoming project requests and maintain project queue

    + Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced, high demand environment

    + Self-sufficient and highly detailed oriented

    + Results-oriented and process driven, with high expectations of self and team

     

    The base salary range for this position in California is $68,640 – 84,050 **;** the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.

     

    In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.
