    Job Title: Pharmacy Clerk

    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team in the pharmacy department where you will play a crucial role in handling materials and supporting the shipment process efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Properly pack products as required by Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Prepare shipments for carrier pickup and ensure timely dispatch.

    + Maintain a fully stocked inventory of production supplies.

    + Create or fix shipping labels as needed for accurate dispatch.

    + Coordinate and bring packages to the shipping mail and courier as necessary.

    + Receive various goods throughout the day and ensure proper documentation.

    + Learn and execute functions related to commercial courier and shipping systems.

    + Ensure an adequate stock of gel packs, ice, and ambient supplies for packaging.

    + Regularly empty trash and maintain cleanliness in the workspace.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in pharmacy or warehouse inventory management.

    + Pharmacy Technician Certification/Registration preferred, but not required.

    + High school diploma or GED is necessary.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures.

    + Good organizational skills to manage stock and shipments.

    + Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

    Work Environment

    The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with occasional overtime expected as needed. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, handling various materials, and ensuring the smooth operation of shipping and receiving processes.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pine Brook, New Jersey.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
