App Programmer – Data Engineering & Platform Integration

We’re looking for a business-savvy App Programmer who thrives at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and platform integration. In this role, you’ll architect and optimize data pipelines that power enterprise-wide insights, enabling smarter decisions and strategic growth. You’ll work hands-on with tools like Power Platform, Snowflake, and Salesforce CRM, building scalable solutions that make data work harder for the business.
What You’ll Do Data Engineering & Modeling
+ Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
+ Cleanse and model data from diverse sources to fuel high-impact analytics.
+ Ensure data integrity through rigorous quality checks and governance protocols.
+ Track data lineage and enforce consistency across automated workflows.
Business Analytics & Support
+ Partner with analysts and business units to define KPIs and dashboards.
+ Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
+ Provide ongoing support for data-driven business solutions.
CRM & Platform Integration
+ Automate and optimize data flows within Salesforce CRM for marketing, sales, and customer success.
+ Build custom apps and workflows using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
+ Integrate machine learning models into business systems for predictive analytics and automation.
Collaboration & Automation
+ Work cross-functionally to align data initiatives with strategic business goals.
+ Identify and implement automation opportunities using Python, Azure Data Factory, and low-code platforms.
+ Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing.
What You Bring
+ 3-5 years of experience in data science, analytics, or automation.
+ Strong skills in Python, SQL, data modeling, and automation.
+ Experience with Snowflake, Power Platform, Salesforce CRM, and cloud-based data tools.
+ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 2-year degree with 5+ years of experience).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.00 - $53.00/hr.
