    We are seeking a highly motivated Systems Engineer to join our team in Santa Barbara, California. As a premier undersea acoustics engineering and manufacturing company, we specialize in supplying advanced SONAR solutions for the US Navy.     Responsibilities

    + Gather and analyze requirements for system development.

    + Conduct data analysis to support system concept and design definition.

    + Develop algorithms to enhance system functionality.

    + Generate technical requirements and specifications.

    + Manage requirements, ensuring compliance traceability and verification.

    + Design systems and define system architecture.

    + Develop computer-based performance models in MATLAB.

    + Present findings and technical information to customers and senior leadership.

    Essential Skills

    + Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer.

    + Proficiency in MATLAB for performance modeling.

    + Strong analytical skills.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    + US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in developing computer-based performance models in MATLAB to support system concept/design definition.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Barbara, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
